All items must be returned to the address below. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they reach us. The cost of the return is your responsibility.

The Sporting Duchess can not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments, and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.
The Sporting Duchess will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order; we advise customers to also check garments on receipt and before removing the tags. Once this tag is removed, customers may only return the item if it is found to be faulty. The Sporting Duchess can only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at time of release, and footwear will only be accepted back if returned in its original undamaged and unmarked box. The Sporting Duchess will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item(s), further to the normal quality checks. The refund includes the full value of the items returned, including UK sales taxes, but excluding postage.
